Robert Cook  Robert is a partner at Hudson Cook, a law firm he started with Tom Hudson.  The firm has grown in size and reputation over the past 20-years and now serves clients in all aspects of financial services law and policy. 

Rick Eckman   Rick is a partner at Pepper Hamilton and over the past 12-years he has served as Chairman of the law firm's Financial Services Practice Group.  Rick founded the Delaware Entrepreneurs' Forum and serves on the board of the Delaware Innovation Fund.

Sam Graziano  Sam is the co-founder and CEO of Fundation, one of the nation's leading on-line small business lenders that offers conventional and fixed rate term loans to businesses nationwide for working capital and business expansion.  Sam is a seasoned financial services executive and an entrepreneur with extensive experience with businesses across the financial services sector.

Karen Kerrigan   Karen is the President & CEO of the Small Business & Entrepreneurship Council, an advocacy, education, and research organization dedicated to protecting small business and promoting entrepreneurship.  Karen was a major driver for the passage of the Jumpstart Our Business Start Up Act (JOBS Act) and is a sought after authority on crowdfunding and start-up challenges for entrepreneurs.

Todd McCracken  Todd is the President of the National Small Business Association (NSBA), an advocacy organization that continually supports policies to make financing more accessible to small businesses.  NSBA was established more than 75-years ago and its 65,000 members represent every state and every industry in the U.S.

Nick Owens  Nick is the CEO of Magnolia Strategy Partners, a bipartisan government relations and corporate strategic counseling firm. Owens served as the SBA's National Ombudsman and led a national effort on behalf of the nation’s business community to ensure fairness in the enforcement of federal regulations, access to capital, and initiatives to diminish disputes between small business and federal regulatory agencies.  Prior to his executive experience in government, Nick led the public and congressional affairs portfolio for the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA).

Jim Salters   Jim is President of The Business Backer, an Enova International Brand (NYSE: ENVA), which has provided more than $320 million in financing and 10,000+ transactions in all 50 states since it was established in 2007.  The recipient of numerous national awards including the Better Business Bureau Torch Award for Marketplace Ethics, The Business Backer focuses on building a trusted advisor relationship with small business owners. 

Ann Sullivan  Ann is the President of Madison Services Group, Inc. (MSGI), an advocacy firm that provides government relations services to the small business community. A key force behind women’s entrepreneurial policy, Ann recently authored Breaking the Bank: Women Entrepreneurs & the Need for Capital, examining changes that could bring much-needed capital to women business owners.

Tom Sullivan   Tom is Vice President for Small Business Policy at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.  Previously, Sullivan was an attorney at Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough where he founded the Coalition for Responsible Business Finance (CRBF).  Tom Sullivan has a distinguished career advocating for small business interests and served as SBA’s Chief Counsel for Advocacy under President George W. Bush.

Holly Wade  Holly is the Director of Research and Policy Analysis at the National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB). The Research Foundation regularly examines the concerns, opinions, and positions of small business owners and serves as a resource for leaders who want to craft policy solutions for the small business community.
